Domed stickers (also known as domed labels, resin labels, bubble stickers, or 3D stickers) are printed labels coated with a clear polyurethane resin that forms a smooth, raised dome over the surface.
The resin creates a three-dimensional effect that enhances the appearance of the logo or artwork while also protecting it from wear and damage.

Domed stickers are produced in several stages.
First, the artwork is digitally printed in full colour onto high-quality vinyl using UV-stable inks. This ensures the colours remain vibrant and resistant to fading over time.
The printed labels are then precision cut to the required shape.
Finally, a clear polyurethane resin is carefully applied to each label. Surface tension causes the resin to form a smooth dome over the label surface. The resin then cures to create a durable, flexible protective layer.
This doming process gives resin labels and bubble stickers their distinctive raised 3D appearance and excellent durability.

Design
The key difference is the polyurethane resin coating applied to domed stickers.
Flat vinyl stickers are cut directly from printed vinyl sheet. They lie flat against the surface and are a cost-effective option for general labelling and signage.
Domed stickers have a clear resin dome applied over the printed vinyl. This creates:

Yes. If you have ordered before, simply log in to your account to reorder. Your previous artwork will be on file, so there is no need to re-upload your design.
If you need to make any changes to the artwork or specifications for your reorder, just let us know when placing the order.
Domed stickers can be produced in almost any shape.
Common shapes include:
- round domed stickers
- rectangular domed labels
- square domed labels
- oval bubble stickers
Custom shapes can also be created to match your logo or product design.
The only limitation is that shapes cannot include sharp internal corners or deep indentations, because the resin needs a smooth edge in order to form the dome correctly.

Typical production sizes range from:
8 mm × 8 mm (very small branding labels)
up to
200 mm × 300 mm (large product identification labels).
Most product branding domed stickers fall somewhere between 15 mm and 60 mm, but we can produce both smaller and larger labels depending on the application.

3. Design service
If you do not have artwork prepared, our design team can assist you. Simply send us your logo, text, or concept and we can prepare the artwork for you. For complex design work we will provide a quote before starting.Many customers are not familiar with graphic design, and that is perfectly fine.

- your logo (if available)
- any text you want included
- an example of the style you like.
